Dearest Joan,

Sometimes I am amazed at how difficult it is to say to you what I feel inside. I only know that since I left you I have been walking around as if some very important part of me is missing. In fact, at the sales meeting this weekend most of the guys were very surprised that not only didn't I feel like going out at night with them (since I'm such a great make-out man) but I also didn't seem to have the charm I usually possess. 

I can only tell you every part of me is looking forward to seeing you soon.
